Scars/Marks: "Motorcycle shaped" birthmark on left leg/thigh.
Clothing: Last seen wearing pants and brown long sleeved/tshirt, possibly with a backpack
Footwear: Sneakers
Other: Right handed and smokes cigarettes

Circumstances: Brian was last seen leaving Forsyth Medical Center on foot in Winston Salem, NC. Brian calls family weekly, but has not made contact since which is unlike him. He is in need of his medication and may be confused or may feel agitated. If seen, please try (if possible) to discreetly take his photo and phone authorities. Taking a photo will aid in a positive identification and bookmark location to aid investigators.
