#MISSING: Philip Caruso, 22 - West Brighton, NEW YORK

Police are asking the public's help in finding a 22-year-old man who went missing after leaving his home in West Brighton.

Philip Caruso was last seen Monday at 5:45 a.m. leaving his residence on Dubois Ave., according to a statement distributed by the office of the NYPD's Deputy Commissioner for Public Information.  

He was traveling in his 2008 Dodge Avenger wearing blue cargo pants with a gray shirt and black boots, police said.

Caruso is described by police as being white, 5'10" and weighing 150 pounds with a red star tattooed on his left elbow.

Police ask anyone with information on this missing person to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 800-577-TIPS (8477); visit the Crime Stoppers website, or send text tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577.
