Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The search for a missing woman has come to a close.
Las Vegas police were on the scene of fatal auto-pedestrian crash on Halloween night.
It happened around 7:15 p.m. near Nellis Boulevard and Craig Road. Police said an elderly woman was struck by a vehicle.
Evidence at the scene indicated the woman was crossing Craig Road, from the south side to the north side, not in a marked crosswalk. She was also crossing against a "No Walk" pedestrian control device.
It was confirmed on Monday the woman who died in that crash was 77-year-old Maria Perez.
Perez was reported missing over the weekend by family. Red Rock Search and Rescue was actively looking for her.
