A body found Wednesday night in an abandoned trailer was identified as that of a 22-year-old woman who has been missing for months.
According to Adamsville Police Chief Carter, the body was identified by fingerprints as Desiree Davidson of Graysville.
The body was located in Pine View Mobile Home Park in Adamsville. They say no signs of trauma were seen, and the investigation is being considered a death investigation rather than a homicide.
Police say Davidson was reported missing June 2, while the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office says she was reported to them on June 16.
