URGENT #MISSING: Miguel Constancio Sr., 85 - Rio Vista, CALIFORNIA (dementia - may be headed to Sacramento)

Rio Vista police are trying to locate an elderly man who disappeared Thursday night.
Miguel Constancio Sr., 85, was reported missing shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday. He was last seen by his son at their residence around 6:30 p.m.
Constancio, who suffers from dementia, is considered at-risk due to his condition. He was described as Hispanic, 5'5" tall, 170 pounds with gray hair, brown eyes and a thick mustache. He was last seen wearing a green hat, black vest with red lettering, blue jeans and black shoes.
A report from the Rio Vista Police Department speculated Constancio may be trying to get to the Sacramento area.
Search and rescue teams from Solano County, Napa County and Contra Costa County responded to the area in order to conduct a detailed search for Constancio. Reverse 911 calls were made to local residents alerting the public to be on the lookout.
Anyone with information on Constancio's whereabouts are encouraged to call the Rio Vista Police Department at 707-374-230.
