Circumstance: Photos taken in 1973. Rosemary has not been heard from by family or friends since 1999. Prior to that she put her son on a flight from CA to Taunton, MA in 1983. At that time she was living in Garden Grove, CA. Shortly after she moved to San Francisco and only a brief conversation occurred in 1999. There has been no sightings nor communications since that date (1999.) Her social security record does not show a death nor show her working Rosemary has 5 adult children, and a brother in Colorado, living and they would like to know what has happened to her. Previously she held the married name of "Wellman." They fear, with her conditions, that she may be living on the street or that something happened to her and she is unidentified.
