Located safe; Rebecca Kemper 15 - Bucyrus, Ohio

According to the FBI, on Monday, the Crawford County Sheriff's Office and Mansfield Office of the FBI followed up on a lead from this weekend. Shortly after 4 p.m., FBI agents reported that they had located Rebecca Kemper at an apartment on South Main Street in Mansfield.

Rebecca will be reunited with her mother soon.
