Detectives from the 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing Bethesda man.
Herbert Jasper was last seen in the 4900 block of Sentinel Drive in Bethesda at approximately 11:30 am on October 9, 2014. He was driving a dark blue 2007 Toyota Camry with Maryland license plate 5DKK17.
