Deputies are looking for a missing 38-year-old man who left his home on Saturday.
The report that Talmadge Stephens had not returned to his home came from his sister who says that due to a medical condition her brother has a mentality of a young child. Mr. Stephens can also become disoriented and delusional.
He left on foot from his apartment on Gardens Circle in Sarasota between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 11.
