URGENT MEDICAL #MISSING: Charity Percy, 12 - Chicago, ILLINOIS (needs medication)

Police are asking for the public's help finding a 12-year-old girl who is bipolar and hasn't been taking her medication.

Charity Percy was last seen about 8 p.m. Friday on the 10900 block of South Longwood Drive in the city's Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far Soputh Side, said police. She was last seen wearing black stretch pants and a Clissold Elementary School gray sweatshirt.
Police said Charity frequents the area of Blackwelder Park at 115th Street and Hale Avenue.
Charity is described as a black girl with a medium complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds, said police.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact the Area South Special Victims Unit at (312) 747-8274.
