Baltimore City Police need your help locating 59-year-old Lester Davis. Davis was last seen August 29th near the intersection of Fair Oaks Ave. and Roselawn Ave. Officials say Mr. Davis suffers from dementia. If you have seen him police are asking you to contact them immediately.
