Sumter police are searching for a missing 52-year-old man.
Officers say Fredric Matthews Richburg was reported missing on Thursday by an acquaintance. He was last seen on August 4th, while leaving his home at Miller Arms. At the time, he was carrying a red bag and was wearing a blue baseball cap, a tan or green jacket, and jeans and tennis shoes.
Officers say they're concerned about his well-being because he may not have his normal prescription medications.
