Police need the public's assistance in finding a missing nursing and rehab center patient.
Frank Dalzell, 50, was reported missing from the Garden Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center at 5 a.m. Saturday. The center is located on Lois Lane, near Ridge Road and Colorado Avenue. The location is not far from Red Rocks Canyon Open Space in west Colorado Springs.
Dalzell is a 5-foot-11 white male, weighing 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants. He may be using a cane.[Note: No photo has been released of Dalzell at this time]
If you have information on his whereabouts, call Colorado Springs police at 444-7000 right away.
