URGENT #MISSING: David Lee Jr., 59 - Algiers, LOUISIANA (Has medical condition and needs medication)

New Orleans Police are looking for a 59-year-old Algiers man who has been missing since Thursday (Jan. 23).

According to police reports, David Lee Jr., was last seen leaving his home in the 2900 block of Preston Place about 5:30 p.m. Lee told his mother that he was going for a walk, but then never returned.

Lee's mother told police that she hasn't heard from her son since his disappearance and that it was uncharacteristic of him to leave without notifying his family of his whereabouts. Lee's mother said her son has a medical condition and is in need of his medication.

Lee is described as being about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing black shirt, black pants and a brown jacket.

Anyone with any information regarding Lee's whereabouts is asked to call Detective Theresa Morris at 504.658.6040 or call Crimestoppers at 504.822.1111 or toll-free at 877.903.7867.
