A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman who is cognitively disabled was reported missing on Saturday, and Milwaukee Police are seeking the public's help in locating her.
Angelica L. Conn was last seen in the 1600 block of W. Clark St. around 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Conn is described as African-American, 5-feet-6 inches tall, and weighing about 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a medium complexion with dark spots on her neck, and she wears her hair in a short, natural afro. Conn was last seen wearing a black thigh-length coat with light blue fur on the hood, sleeves and around the bottom of the coat.
Underneath the coat she was wearing a black shirt that crosses in the back and has capped sleeves, blue jeans and white and gray Nike tennis shoes with a red Nike emblem.
Because of her diminished mental capacity, police fear Conn may be unable to provide information about herself. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department's Sensitive Crimes Division at 414-935-7401.
Respectfully,
