Authorities in Allamakee County are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Waukon man.
Donald D. Angel, 83, was last seen around 4:30 p.m. Monday. The Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office said he was last seen driving a silver 2008 Chevrolet Impala with a license plate that reads ‘HALO.’
