Jordan Bragg, 21, has been missing since Sunday (August 11). He is approximately 5'10" tall, weighs 160 pounds and has red hair and blue eyes. Bragg was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue plaid shorts.

Family, friends search for missing Middletown man

MIDDLETOWN, Ind. — Eight months ago, Jordan Bragg welcomed his son Keighton into the world.
Jordan was the one who cried like a baby.
"I've never seen him sob like that. He was so ecstatic. So proud," said Bragg's mother, Kelly.
Saturday, Kelly wept tears of a concerned mother as she called on family, friends and complete strangers to search for Jordan, who has been missing since Aug. 11. About 70 people arrived at Dietrich Park in Middletown early in the morning to join the search for the missing 21-year-old. Kelly and Terry, Jordan's father, thanked the large group of people before they set out to scour the surrounding area. She hadn't seen or talked to many of them in years.
"At times like this, you find out who your real friends are, and we've received amazing support," she said.
Jordan, who lives in Middletown, was last seen at his parent's house in Anderson on Aug. 11. He had left home after an argument with his girlfriend, Kelsey Parrish, but he headed back that afternoon, telling his mother he was going to play basketball.
Kelly visited his home later and found her son's car, but Jordan was gone. His keys, ID and phone were sitting on the table in his house, which had been ransacked.
Parrish, who has known Jordan for about six years, said the he has been a devoted father and boyfriend. The two started as friends, and about two years ago began dating. Before long, the two were expecting a baby. Bragg works full-time at a factory in New Castle to support Parrish and Keighton. She said Jordan was always thinking about his family.
"One Christmas, we didn't have a lot of money, so he sang me a song. We both cried. He had such a good singing voice," Parrish said.
Middletown police conducted a search with multiple officers and a bloodhound this week. After an unsuccessful search, the department announced it had exhausted all of its resources.
"It's an open case, and it's still under investigation, but we've done everything we can," said department spokesman Mike Vaccaro.
Kelly and Terry weren't satisfied. A group of Jordan's high school friends have been searching Middletown all week, but the family wanted to organize their own search. Close friends have been instrumental in spreading the word through social media.
"We can't really think straight right now, so it's been really helpful to have friends putting this together," Kelly said.
Kelly said the search will continue throughout Saturday until everyone who came out to help leaves or Jordan is found, whichever happens first. The family's next recourse will be renting a helicopter if the search is unsuccessful.
