Authorities are asking for the public's help locating a missing 52-year-old woman.
The Nye County Sheriff's Office is investigating the missing person report on Cynthia Thomas. She was last seen and heard from on Friday, Aug. 16.
She was in Las Vegas and was with a friend getting gasoline to be en route to Pahrump around 9:30 a.m.
Cynthia was seen in the area of Las Vegas Boulevard and Windmill in Las Vegas, driving a 2002 gold Pathfinder with Nevada veteran plates.
According to Cynthia's family, she then stopped by Blue Diamond Saloon on Blue Diamond Road near Rainbow Boulevard.
They said the manager pulled surveillance footage, which showed Cynthia entering the saloon around 10:15 a.m. and then leaving at 10:42 a.m.
She was reported as not making it to Pahrump.
Nye County deputies and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department are asking anyone who may have seen Cynthia to call them at either (775) 751-7000 or (702) 828-3111.
