URGENT MISSING WOMAN: Noemi Cedano, 65 - Chicago, ILLINOIS (NICKNAME "MAMA" - WEST TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD - MAY BE IN HUMBOLDT PARK)

A woman suffering from Alzheimer’s disease went missing Saturday from her West Town neighborhood home.

Noemi Cedeno, 65, whose nickname is “Mama,” was last seen at her home in the 1500 block of North Talman Avenue, according to a community alert from Area North detectives.

She has been disorientated but is in good health, the alert said.

Cedeno primarily speaks Spanish but does speak and understand English, the alert said.

She may be in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, the alert said.

Cedeno is described as a white Hispanic with medium complexion, 5-feet-6, 160 pounds with shoulder-length gray hair and brown eyes, the alert said.

She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue capri slacks, blue and white gym shoes and a stainless steel wrist watch, the alert said.
