URGENT MISSING MAN: William Klosinski, 80 - Chicago, ILLINOIS (ALZHEIMER'S)

Police are asking for the public's help in the search for an 80-year-old man who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and went missing this afternoon from the city's Gladstone neighborhood.

William Klosinski was last seen about 3 p.m. at his home on the 5500 block of North Mason Avenue, police said. Klosinski knows his name but may or may not remember his home address.

He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, faded blue jeans and white Nike gym shoes, police said.

Klosinski was described as a white man with a fair complexion, gray hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 148 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the Area North Special Victims Unit at 312-744-8200.
