Police are asking the help locating a 37-year-old woman last seen two weeks ago.
Officials said the last sighting of Nicki Sharpton was on Feb. 23 at about 2 p.m., at her mother's home in the 700 block of St. Louis Street.
―>Sharpton left the residence and was believed to be headed to a nearby bar. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Friends told investigators that Sharpton was a dancer at a Bourbon Street adult club. She recently moved to New Orleans from Atlanta.
―>Sharpton is described as an African-American, 5'06" tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and a blonde and black wig.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Nicki Sharpton is asked to call the New Orleans Police Department at 821-2222.
