URGENT MISSING MAN: Guy Victor Lewis, 85 - Bellevue, WASHINGTON (ALZHEIMER'S - driving Gold Ford Escape with WA plate ADX9797)

Bellevue Police were looking for an 85-year-old Bellevue man with Alzheimer's disease who was reported missing Friday.

Guy Victor Lewis was last seen at Bank of America in Lake Hills at 10:25 a.m. Friday, according to a statement from police Friday night. 

From the statement:

─>His wife returned home and found her husband gone and their Gold Ford Escape with Washington license plate ADX9797. She told police it wasn’t unusual for him to drive short distances from his home in the Lake Hills neighborhood but not for several hours at a time. 

─>Mr. Lewis was last seen wearing a light blue thin jacket, black/white plaid button up shirt and black pants. He does not have a cell phone. He suffers from Alzheimer’s, diabetes and has a heart condition. 

─>Mr. Lewis is described as an 85 year old white male, 5’10”, 165 pounds with white hair and hazel eyes. 

Police did an extensive search of the area and shopping mall securities have been notified, as well as local law enforcement agencies. 

Should anyone locate Mr. Lewis please call 9-1-1 immediately.
