Nassau County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 72-year-old Bethpage man who may be disoriented and has gone missing from his home.
─>Nelson Casiano is described as 5'4" and 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
He was reported missing late Friday by his daughter, Lorraine. He may be carrying and I.D. with an old Brooklyn address on it and medicaid cards.
─>He was last seen wearing a green jacket and carrying a two duffle bags and a backpack, police said.
Silver Alerts disseminate immediate information to local media, hospitals and other organizations when a senior citizen or other individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other cognitive disorders goes missing, according to police.
If you've seen Mr. Casiano, contact police at 911.
