The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a woman reported missing out of Madison.
▬►Authorities said Debra Purdy Deane, 57, was last seen in a gold 2007 Honda Accord with the license plate YPP6018. Officials did not say when she was reported missing.
▬►Deane is believed to be suffering from dementia. Authorities said she has blonde hair and green eyes, is 5-feet-3 inches tall and weighs 154 pounds.
Anyone with information can call the Madison Police Department at 548-6098.
