The Yuma County Sheriff's Office is searching for an elderly man from the Foothills area who has been missing since Thursday morning.
He is possibly suffering from Alzheimer's disease and may be confused or lost.
—˃Laurence "Jack" Doering, 82, is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes.
—˃He was reportedly last seen at about 9:45 a.m. driving a tan and gray 2002 Chevrolet Suburban with Idaho license plates southbound on Foothills Boulevard.
—˃Doering, who does not usually drive, left his wife behind at the shopping center at 11256 S. Foothills Boulevard. He was seen driving in the direction of his residence, but never arrived.YCSO encourages anyone with any information about Doering's whereabouts to call its Foothills Substation at 342-1477 or the main line at 783-4427.
