ENDANGERED MISSING MAN: William C. Lacy, 67 - O'Fallon, ILLINOIS (USES A WHEELCHAIR - MAY NEED MEDICAL ATTNETION)

O'Fallon, Illinois police are asking for help locating a missing man.

William C. Lacy has been missing since August 1, 2012.

Police say he suffers from several medical conditions and uses a wheelchair.

An investigation revealed he was at the Casino Queen in East St. Louis and boarded a westbound MetroLink train around 10:30 a.m. He left his medicine and cell phone at home.

Lacy is described as a 67-year-old white male. He is 5'8" tall, and weighs around 22o pounds. He has gray hair and hazel eyes. He also has identifiable scars on the back of his arms and legs.

He was last seen in his red and grey motorized wheelchair wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes.
