SPRING BRANCH, Texas -- A Silver Alert issued for an 88-year-old woman who went missing on Thursday has been discontinued.
The Comal County Sheriff's Office was searching for Dorothy Littlepage, who was last seen Thursday afternoon at a home in Spring Branch driving a white/gold, 2007 Ford Expedition.
The Silver Alert stated Littlepage has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and law enforcement officials believed her disappearance poses a credible threat to her own health and safety.
The Texas Department of Public Safety issued an update around 9 p.m. Friday saying the Silver Alert for Littlepage had been discontinued. No other details were provided.
