POSSIBLE RUNAWAY: Alexis Gorham, 15 - Bloomington, MINNESOTA (May be in Mexico to find boyfriend)

Alexisgorham1

Police and a Bloomington mother are asking for the public's help to locate a 15-year-old girl missing for more than a week.

Alexis Gorham was last seen Aug. 10 at about 7 p.m. by her mother, Shelly Gorham. Alexis had told her mother that she was spending the night at a friend's house, but when her mother called her phone the next day, she didn't pickup.

Shelly Gorham went to the friend's house to look for her daughter, but the friend said the girl hadn't slept over and the two hadn't spoken for months. When Gorham searched her daughter's room, she found that there were clothes, makeup and other personal items missing.

Shelly Gorham said her daughter may be trying to head to Mexico to find her boyfriend who was deported there several months ago. If her daughter did runaway, Gorham said she was begging for her to "Call me and let me know you're safe."

Alexis is described as about 5-foot-6 and 170 lbs with blue eyes and blonde hair. She has a Playboy bunny tattoo on her lower back.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should call 952-563-4689.
