Robert Wayne Cox, 57, is missing. He last seen Saturday, February 19, 2011, at 1 p.m. near his home in Havana, Arkansas which is located in Western Yell County. Robert was last seen wearing a navy blue hoodie, light gray sweat pants and gray tennis shoes. Robert suffers from neurological disorders and is not able to speak clearly and walks with his head downward with chin resting on upper chest. His family is terribly worried over his well being and ask the public to please
