Joel Moore, 28 is missing. The last anyone saw Joel was on March 27, 2010 when he went to drive to visit a friend in Harrisburg, Illinois. His family and friends are very worried. They have not had any contact and have been searching for him. Fundraisers are being held with the hopes of raising enough money for a private investigator. The miss him very much and hope they will find him safely soon.
Joel is 5-feet 11-inches tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen driving his white 1991 4-door Cadillac Deville with license plate # A369209. Photo of similar vehicle is to the left.
