New Jersey State Police Major Crimes Unit and N.J. Park Police are searching for a missing "at risk" person.

John Kohlbecker, 27, described as a white male, 5-foot-11, 135 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes was last seen leaving work in Philadelphia on Thursday.

HIs vehicle, a 1995 White Toyota Camry, with PA registration, JXA5834, was recovered at the Green Bank State Forest Station in Wharton State Forest, Washington Township, Burlington County on Sunday.
