A 75-year-old homeless woman has been missing for three weeks from the Little Village neighborhood on the South Side.

Catherine O'Leary was last seen Dec. 2, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. She is known to frequent the area of 2200 South Western Avenue.

O'Leary is described as a 5-foot-9, 100-pound white woman with blue eyes, grey hair and a pale complexion, police said
