The Lee County Sheriff's Office has had an active missing persons case since Nov.  23 for Germaine Odius, 62.

On Nov. 23 Odius was last seen at 9 a.m. as she walked out of her residence towards 15th St S.W. in Lehigh Acres. The family attempted to follow her but lost sight of her.

Odius is described as being 5'0'', 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green dress, white sweater and had her hair wrapped in a cloth (unknown color). Odius does not speak English.

According to family, due to Odius' diagnosed with emotional health issues, she is fearful of people and will flee.
