Police are searching for a woman who was reported missing from a group home in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on the North Side.

Meghan Cave, 30, walked out of a group home run by Neumann Family Services in the 4500 block of West Wrightwood at 9:15 a.m. Monday, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. She has a reduced mental capacity, and police said she is a frequent missing person.

She is described as a white woman with brown hair and brown eyes standing 5-feet-7 and weighing 220 pounds. She was last seen wearing a shirt with a floral pattern.
