[Endangered Missing: Yari Quintanilla, 22 - Fort Myers, FLORIDA]

A 22-year-old male who may want to harm himself is missing, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

Yari Quintanilla was last seen Friday at a SalusCare facility in Fort Myers, when he fled the intake area. At the time, he was wearing a tan work shirt, green work pants and socks without shoes.

Quintanilla is Hispanic, 6 feet tall, weighs 220 pounds has brown shaved hair and brown eyes. His lives on Castlebar Circle, Fort Myers.

Anyone with information on Quintanilla is asked to call the sheriff''s office at 477-1000.
