Silver Alert: Lenard Wade, 82 - Sumner County, TENNESSEE (dementia - has pacemaker - driving a dark green 1994 Toyota Tundra single-cab truck with plate 026GBN)

Authorities have requested the public's help after a Silver Alert was issued for an endangered missing 82-year-old.

Officials with the Sumner County Sheriff's Office said they're searching for Lenard Wade.

According to reports, Wade left from Bob Perry Road around 6 p.m. Friday and has not returned home.

He was described as a white male, standing around 5'11'' and weighing approximately 200 pounds. Wade has white hair cut in a flat top, a white beard, and brown eyes. Officials said he was last seen wearing a blue shirt and gray pants.

Deputies said Wade was driving a 1994 dark green Toyota Tundra, single-cab truck, license plate number 026GBN. The truck has a gun rack in the rear window where he keeps his walking stick.

Authorities said Wade has suffered from dementia and has had numerous other health issues, including a pacemaker.
