A 60-year-old man dealing with brain injuries and dementia is missing, and Milam County authorities need your help to locate him.
Gary Kanarr was last seen at the CEFCO convenience store in Milano between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. Thursday, according to his wife. The Milam County Sheriff's Office thinks Kanarr got a ride from someone, but has no idea where Kanarr might be at this point.
Kanarr stands 5'9", weighs 165 pounds, has brown hair, brown eyes and a thin moustache. He also walks with a limp, and may have a silver walking cane. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and black Velcro shoes. He also had the black hat in the
provided, and could be carrying more clothing in a black duffel bag.
A search by law enforcement, including with a DPS helicopter, did not locate Kanarr Thursday, and authorities say there was no evidence that he is still in the area.
If you have information that could help locate Kanarr, contact the Milam County Sheriff's Office at (254) 697-7033.
