SILVER ALERT: Sylvia Rita Behrens, 85 - Sumter County, FLORIDA (Dementia - may be heading to Vermont - driving a champagne colored 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser with FL plate 154-QNB)

A Silver Alert has been issued for an 85-year-old woman missing from Sumter County who has dementia.
Sylvia Rita Behrens was last heard from at about 4 a.m. Saturday after she called a fellow church member to inform them she was going to Vermont, where she used to live, according to Lt. Bobby Caruthers, a spokesman with the Sumter County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office was notified about the call at about 10 a.m. They responded to Behrens' residence in the Webster Mobile Home Park on County Road 740 for a welfare check and discovered her missing.
Caruthers added that Behrens has dementia and there is concern because she can easily get disoriented.
Behrens should be driving a champagne-colored 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser bearing the Florida tag 154-QNB. She is described as between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-3, about 105 pounds with short dark and graying hair.
Anyone who makes contact with her is encouraged to contact local law enforcement.
