MEDICAL NEEDS #MISSING: Jason Pak, 25 - Fountain, COLORADO (needs medication - diminished mental capacity - vulnerable)

The Fountain Police Department is looking for a developmentally disabled man who has been missing since Thursday afternoon.
Police said Jason Pak, 25, was last seen Thursday around 1 p.m. near the Loaf n' Jug in Fountain, where he walked away from his mother's vehicle. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts with green stripes.
Police said Pak requires medication, as he is of diminished mental capacity and believes he is still a child. Police said he frequents several parks in and around Fountain, as well as the shopping areas in town.
