Located safe; Antonio Conely, 30 - Bloomington, Illinois

BLOOMINGTON — The Bloomington Police Department knows exactly where Antonio Conely is.

The Bloomington man, reported missing in late May, is in the McLean County jail, charged in connection with a June 2 armed robbery.

Conely, 30, was arrested Thursday by Bloomington police at his home in the 700 block of West Mulberry Street, said police. When officers arrived, Conely told them he was in possession of a firearm and police located a handgun, said police.

Conely was being held in lieu of $25,025 on armed robbery charges.

Conely was initially reported missing May 28 after police said he walked out of the residence he shares with his mother. Bloomington police issued an alert, asking for the public's help in finding him.

Early Friday morning, police canceled the alert, saying Conely had been located.
