#MISSING: Brittany Johnson, 24 - Albuquerque, NEW MEXICO (car found abandoned near the top of Sandia Crest)

Deputies found the car of a missing woman near the top of the Sandia Crest Wednesday.
Brittany Johnson, 24, has been missing since Saturday. She was not in the car when authorities found it around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Department K-9 officers and air support were called in to help with the search, but she has not been located. Deputies do not suspect foul play.
One hiker said no other hikers were in the parking lot at the crest when the hiker was leaving the area around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
A different hiker found keys to Johnson's vehicle on a trail near the gift shop Saturday, deputies said. The hiker said he'd leave the keys on top of the vehicle. Deputies are seeking the public's help in getting in touch with that second hiker, to find out where the keys were found.
Call 505-886-1065 or 505-798-7000 with information.
Investigators also said Johnson made a cellphone call before disappearing Saturday, around 2:30 p.m. They said she was on Interstate 25 heading north from Albuquerque at the time.
Johnson's best friend said she has been dealing with a lot of personal problems lately and might have gone to the crest to clear her head.
"I'm pretty terrified right now," said Carolyn Herrera. "This isn't good news. This isn't a happy place, to be waiting to hear news."
Herrera said the last time she heard from Johnson was through text messages on Saturday, just before she went missing.
"She's been kind of doing some soul-searching and kind of figuring out what she wants to do," said Herrera. "She hasn't been talking to friends as much."
She said she knew something was wrong when Johnson didn't show up for a graduation dinner Saturday night or for Mother's Day. Herrera said Johnson's family is hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.
