MEDICAL NEEDS #MISSING: Shahzad "Sam" Shah, 42 - San Antonio, TEXAS (diabetic - needs medication or can become disoriented, or risk going into a diabetic coma - may be driving a black 2004 Ford F-150 with paper tags)

Police are searching for man who was last seen Tuesday around 10:30 p.m. at a Whataburger at 530 Loop 1604.
Police said Shahzad Shah, 42, also known as Sam, has diabetes and must take medication or he can become disoriented, or risk going into a diabetic coma.
Shah, who is Pakistani, is described as being 6 feet 3 inches tall and 178 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Shah was last seen wearing a royal blue Adidas shirt with dark blue lettering and blue jeans. He has a tattoo on his right arm of a heart with a banner wrapped around it.
Police said Shah was driving a black 2004 Ford F-150 with paper tags that may be one of the following:

  • 21K9856
  • 22M4317
  • 67F4734
  • 83P4808
