ENDANGERED #MISSING: Tanya Lyons, 48 - Lakewood, COLORADO (recently released from hospital)

Authorities in Lakewood are asking for your help to find a 48-year-old woman who has been missing for 17 days.
Tanya Lyons was last seen at the La Quinta Inn, located at 7190 W. Hampden Ave. in Lakewood on May 12, according to the Lakewood Police Department.
Detectives said they are increasingly concerned about her whereabouts and well-being due to her mental instability and extreme anxiety.
Lyons was recently released from the hospital and had no money, phone or additional clothing with her when she disappeared.
Officer said there has also been no activity on any of her social media pages, email or bank accounts.
Lyons was described as a white woman, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 100 pounds, with black hair and green eyes.
She was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a tan short-sleeve shirt, and a light blue jacket.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to call Lakewood police at 303-987-7111 and reference case No. 15-19782.
