URGENT #MISSING: Samuel Moore, 78 - Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA (dementia - needs medication)

The family of Samuel Moore and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit detectives are asking for the public's help to locate Mr. Moore.
Mr. Moore was last seen on Monday, Jan. 26, about 12:30 p.m., in the 600 block of Alta Vista Avenue in the city of Los Angeles. Mr. Moore suffers from Dementia and is in need of his medication. His family is extremely concerned that he has not been found.
Samuel Moore is 78 and black, with gray hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.
Anyone with information on Moore's whereabouts is asked to contact LAPD, Missing Person's Unit Detective A. Mercado at 213-996-1800.
