Philadelphia police are searching for an 84-year-old woman who was last seen Sunday at her residence on the 5500 block of Windsor Street in the city's Kingsessing section.
Police say the missing woman, Annie Jordan, suffers from dementia as well as other medical conditions, which require medication.
Annie is described as 5'1", 150 lbs, with a medium build, brown eyes, a light brown complexion, and gray hair in braids. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
According to police, is known to frequent the area surrounding Saint Cyprian's Church located at 525 Cobbs Creek Parkway.
