The Shreveport Police Department is asking the public to help find a man who has not been seen or heard from since earlier this month.
Phillip Harris has been missing since Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, when he was last seen by his siblings. Mr. Harris is a 49-year-old white male who stands about five feet, nine inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.
Harris was last seen wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt.
