#MISSING: Christopher Bernards, 34 - Yamhill County, OREGON (last seen Sept. 7th in Washington - seen walking away from his car northbound on 1-5 at milepost 170)

Christopher Bernards hasn't been since since September. His family believes his disappearance is suspicious.
Bernards, 34, was last seen at his Amity residence on the afternoon of September 4. On September 7, he was seen buying giftcards at an Albertsons in Washington.
On September 8, Bernards' silver Dodge Neon was seen by construction crews on I-5 near milepost 164, just outside Cottage Grove. Workers noticed a man sleeping in the car, officials said.
That same day, the man spotted by construction crews was seen walking northbound away from his car. Bystanders said he was wearing a dark hoodie sweatshirt, sunglasses and a baseball cap when he was last seen at milepost 170.
Since then, Bernards' family said they have not seen or heard from him.
Yamhill County Sheriff's Office has asked for the public's help in locating Bernards.
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Marc Brodeur at 503.434.7506.
