ENDANGERED #MISSING: Brasheed Herman Cook, 22 - Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA (suffers from medical condition and requires medication)

On Monday, January 5, 2015, at approximately 10:20 AM, the complainant, 22 year old Brasheed Herman Cook was last seen at his residence on the 400 block of W Fisher Avenue. Brasheed was reported missing on Friday, February 6, 2015.

Brasheed suffers from a medical condition and requires medication and is known to frequent the area of "C" Street and Allegheny Avenue.

Brasheed is 5'7", 145 lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, a medium brown complexion, clean shaven, and short black hair; last seen wearing a navy blue striped shirt, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black boots.
