Previous news: The El Monte Police Department is asking for the public's help to track down a missing teen. 
Jason Guillen, 19, has the mental capacity of a 3-year-old, his family says.
The missing teen was last seen Friday morning around 10:15 a.m. at the MTA Station located at 3501 Santa Anita Avenue in El Monte.
Guillen was wearing a white Hollister t-shirt, gray pants and a Santa-type hat.
He stands 4 feet 10 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds and has a medium build.
His family says he has a limited ability to communicate and tires easily.
