The San Francisco Police Department is searching for Mr. Richard Smart, Jr. , an at risk missing 78 year old male, approximately 5'10", 180 pounds, with brown eyes and white/grey hair. Mr. Smart was last seen wearing a brown checkered shirt, black leather jacket, black jeans, white shoes, and a baseball cap with an "SF" logo on it. Mr. Smart also has one gold front tooth. Mr. Smart was last contacted on February 11, 2015.
Mr. Smart is not familiar with San Francisco. Mr. Smart is also at risk due to daily medication needs.
Anyone with information is asked to call police immediately at (415) 553-1071, contact the Anonymous Tip Line at (415) 575-4444, or "Text-a-Tip" at TIP411 with "SFPD" at the beginning of the message.
